Jason Robards (1922–2000) was an American actor renowned for his stage work, especially in Eugene O'Neill's plays, and for gravelly, world-weary screen performances. He won back-to-back Best Supporting Actor Oscars in the 1970s. He is one of the few performers to win the Triple Crown of Acting.
