Michio Mamiya (born 1929 in Asahikawa, Hokkaido) is a Japanese composer who has worked on films from the late 1950s onward. He is best known for scoring Isao Takahata's animated works, including Horus: Prince of the Sun and Grave of the Fireflies, and also scored live-action dramas.
